PS 34 and Dry Dock Playground

- new addition for PS34 and redesign of the playground -

PS34 and Dry Dock Playground are located in the East Village, Manhattan and it was built in 1950.

The requirements were to design a new wing to the current school in order to accommodate additional 120 students, 10 new class and a library. The new building was not to cover more than 50% of the current school’s playground.
